The TranS1® Vectre System is a multi-component system including a titanium alloy implantable device and instrumentation.

The Vectre Facet Fusion System offers a cannulated facet screw inserted over a guidewire to reduce muscle and tissue trauma. The facet screw, combined with a washer, provides solid, tactile feedback when fully seating the screw.

The Vectre™ System is designed to offer a safe, reproducible posterior fixation option that includes:

  • A threaded working cannula
  • Implant retention on screw driver
  • Bone graft ability to the facet
The Vectre Facet System offers a cannulated facet screw inserted over a guidewire. Vectre’s MIS approach was designed to minimize muscle and tissue trauma. The facet screw provides solid, tactile feedback when fully seating the screw. An atraumatic threaded working cannula assists to keep contact with the top of the facet and stay seated throughout the procedure.

The cannulated, retained Vectre screw was designed to provide reproducible posterior fixation. Accurate facet targeting followed by over-the-wire screw delivery ensures placement where you want it.

After fixation, the Vectre Facet System offers the ability to abrade the facet joint and deliver bone graft material.

Vectre INDICATIONS: The TranS1® Vectre Facet Screws are to supplement legally marketed anterior fusion products in order to create an anterior/posterior fixation construct as an aid to fusion. The facet screws may be implanted using a transfacetpedicular technique. The screws are inserted bilaterally through the superior side of the facet, across the facet joint at a single level (usually) and into the pedicle. Bone graft must be used. The system is indicated for the posterior surgical treatment at L3-S1 (inclusive) spinal levels for the following: Pseudarthrosis or failed previous fusions which are symptomatic; Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD) as defined by back pain of discogenic origin with degeneration of the disc confirmed by history and radiographic studies and/or degenerative disease of the facets with instability.
